We’re looking for exceptional HVAC and plumbing install apprentices and licensed technicians who can deliver world-class customer service and want to grow with our company, we have room for advancement and need to fill openings in all areas of our business.

As an HVAC or plumber installer apprentice, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

Positions:

• HVAC Install Apprentices
• Plumbing Install Apprentices
• Licensed Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installer in all HVAC or plumbing system installations; be efficient, accurate, and punctual.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to a quality checklist.
• Support lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations. Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes and/or willingness to learn.
• Clean, safe driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Highly organized, work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Establish and maintain cooperative work relationships.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
• Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Observe safety requirements and safe work practices and methods as required.
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment and tools.
• Ability to achieve and maintain certifications and perform other related duties as assigned.
